Dear Valued Patients:
We missed you and are excited to announce that we will be re-opening our clinic as of Monday, June 1st, 2020. We want to thank you for your patience and support during these unprecedented times. Protocols above and beyond the mandated requirements by the B.C. Centre for Disease Control and the College of Dental Surgeons of BC have been implemented to ensure that you are in a safe environment.
With these new protocols in place, we may need to alter or reschedule appointments due to staff and/or added safety measures. These adjustments are for your continued safety and that of our community.
Our dental team will be reaching out to reschedule all those postponed appointments so please be patient and we will get to you soon, we promise.
As we prepare for your next visit, we wanted to share some of the precautions in place at Greystone Dental Clinic.
| For every staff member, we check for COVID-19 symptoms before each work day and mandate a 14-day quarantine as needed. | |
| For every patient, we screen in advance for COVID-19 symptoms and ensure appropriate protective equipment for all team members for each visit. We kindly ask that you wait outside or in your car and to call us when you arrive for your appointment. | |
| Between patient visits, we clean, disinfect and sterilize rooms, instruments and all surfaces in our procedure rooms and operatories. | |
In the reception/waiting area, we continually disinfect all surfaces and provide hand sanitizer to both staff and patients. |
